Application Fee

This fee applies per adult who will be occupying property. Please note the application fee is non-refundable.

This will be credited towards your security deposit and is a deposit to hold the property for you and to process the RTA for Atlanta Housing.  If the property is not approved for any reason, or we do not accept their rental offer (both of which have never happened), this fee is fully refundable.  

However, after we process the paperwork and send in the RTA for approval, should you change your mind for any reason, or if AHA for some reason says you are no longer eligible, this fee is non-refundable.
