CONTRACTORS AND VENDORS REQUIREMENTS

We work with contractors who are focused on rehab as well as others who are focused on service calls.  You can do both, and sometimes we may have a need in one area, and once you have an established track record, we will also give you other types of work if you want.  

General Rehab and Property Turns

Properties go though a general rehab including as needed - roofing, insulation, siding, windows and doors, concrete work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, sheetrock, painting, flooring, trim, etc.  For this we require both general as well as specialty contractors who are legally permitted to work in the United States, have a good track record and references, have general liability insurance, truck and trailer if required, all required power tools and equipment for efficient work, can pass background checks, and have a strong work ethic.  If you are interested in steady work with a reputable and reliable local company, and have a history of reliability and good work, please contact us !  Verifiable references are required.

Property Maintenance and Service Calls

For tenant occupied properties, we look for handyman / punchout type contractors who can handle service calls, have a good attitude and desire to provide excellent customer service.  Requirements include legal permission to work in the United States, good track record and references, have general liability insurance, ability to transport materials as required, power tools and equipment to do the work efficiently, ability to pass background checks, and a strong work ethic.  Must have a desire to provide superior customer service, and be on time within a given service window, and resolve issues to tenant's satisfaction. If you are focused on this segment, and would like steady long term work with us taking care of our tenants, and have no issues with a background check, we would love to hear from you !  Verifiable references are required.
